IPv6 – Reasons for Migrating to IPv6

Now that we have a fundamental understanding of IP version 6, it is important to understand the advantages offered by IPv6 and the reasons for migrating to this version of the Internet Protocol. There are several advantages that can be gained by transitioning from IPv4 to IPv6. The advantages of IPv6 include, but are not limited to, the following:
