1. Trouble Ticket # 1
The switch has been configured with the wrong VTP domain and password. All other switches are using the VTP domain and password of TSHOOT. This switch has been assigned the domain and password TSH00T instead. The domain and password on the switch should be changed to TSHOOT instead. Verify using the show vtp status and show vtp password commands on the switch.
2. Trouble Ticket # 2
The Etherchannel is misconfigured. Both switches are set to auto, so the channel will never be established. Change one of the switches to desirable using the channel-group 1 mode desirable interface configuration command under FastEthernet0/11 and 12. Verify your configuration using the show etherchannel summary command.
3. Trouble Ticket # 3
Switch ALS2 has been misconfigured as the root bridge for this VLAN. This can be validated using the show spanning-tree vlan command. Configure switch DLS1 as root bridge using the spanning-tree vlan 193 priority 0 command and remove the spanning-tree vlan 193 priority 0 command from ALS2.
4. Trouble Ticket # 4
HSRP is misconfigured on switch DLS2. Use the show standby brief command to verify this. Correct the HSRP groups and default gateway addresses on all VLANs on this switch.
5. Trouble Ticket # 5
There is an MTU mismatched between DSL1 and DSL2. The MTU for VLAN 192 on DLS1 has been set to 1492. This should be removed using the no ip mtu command under VLAN 192.
