Unlike traditional data networks, voice and video troubleshooting typically involves numerous components, which can make troubleshooting a complex process. For example, voice issues could be due to gateway, gatekeeper or call agent misconfigurations or errors. Troubleshooting these components requires familiarity with all of them.
